What I love most about the FXB program is the built-in support and accountability that comes from the community.
Outside of Farrell's, my husband and I try to keep up with our 5 kids. We like to stay active as a family - whether it is at the baseball field, basketball court, riding bikes, or just jumping on the trampoline.
You can find me instructing kickboxing or bands at 8:30 PM.
I started my Farrell's journey in May of 2009 and instruct kickboxing and strength training. I love the group atmosphere for pushing myself to levels I would never attain by myself and, of course, I love to hit the bag and banding up.
Outside of Farrell's I like to spend time with my family, fishing, camping, backpacking, and Bible studies.
You can find me attending and instructing at 6am and, on rare occasions, enjoying a workout with my friends at 4am.
I started Fall Session of September, 2007. In my 9th year of Farrell's!!
It's family!!! There isn't a better way to put it. I love watching the success people have in the program and for a lot of those people they've never had that with any diet or exercise program they've attempted. It's just very satisfying to know that I've been a small piece in that success. We're in it together!!
I like to bike, lift, and I'm thinking about picking up kayaking and/or swimming. If the knees can take it, I'd like to continue to compete in obstacle course races.
Class times you will find me teaching are 4:30 and 5:30.
